'Hidden Figures' Film Screening and Guest Panel

"Hidden Figures" tells the true story of three African American women at NASA—Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson), Dorothy Vaughan (Octavia Spencer) and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monáe)—who played a major role in helping launch astronaut John Glenn into orbit. A guest panel will follow the screening. Additionally, there will STEM activities and refreshments served in the galleria of Buchanan Auditorium (W10 PBB). This event is free and open to all.
