Dr. Maggy Tomova, Associate Professor of Mathematics, delivers the annual STEM Celebration lecture: "Finding Inspiration in the Work of Dr. King" "It has been over 50 years since the March on Washington and yet the work of Dr. King remains relevant today. In this talk we will take a tour of some famous quotes by the Civil Rights leader. I will share personal stories from the daily life of my single-gender, multiracial family and talk about my work with low-income high school students." Refreshments will be served.
